No. Spribe allows strictly one account per person, mobile number and device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and results in all linked accounts being permanently closed. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support right away to resolve it before any action is taken.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. An SMS reset code is sent to that number. Enter the code on the reset screen, set your new password and you are in. The code expires after 10 minutes so use it quickly. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support with your CNIC details for account recovery.

Accounts are automatically locked after five consecutive failed login attempts for security. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you believe the lock was triggered by someone else trying to access your account rather than your own failed attempts, contact support immediately at support@spribe.app with "ACCOUNT LOCKED" in the subject line for priority handling.

Yes, but you need to verify your identity first. Contact support at support@spribe.app with your full name, date of birth and a photo of your CNIC. Once your identity is confirmed, the team will update your registered mobile number. This process typically takes 24 to 48 hours. It cannot be done from account settings directly for security reasons.

You can request a permanent account closure by contacting support at support@spribe.app. Any withdrawable balance is paid out before closure. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, consider using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings first – it locks your account for a minimum of 6 months and is faster than a manual closure request. CNIC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You can register, deposit and bet without submitting it. When you request your first cash-out, you will be prompted to upload a clear photo of the front of your CNIC. Verification is usually completed within one hour during business hours. This process protects your funds from being withdrawn by anyone other than you.

Spribe sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity as a security measure. If you leave a browser tab open without taking any action, you will be redirected to the login page when you return. Enable the "Remember me" option on the login form to stay logged in for 14 days on your personal device. Do not use "Remember me" on a shared phone or computer.

Log in to your account, go to the Deposit & Withdrawal page, choose your preferred payment method – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard – enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash reflect in your Spribe balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 30 minutes.

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa and JazzCash is Rs 100. Via NayaPay and SadaPay the minimum is Rs 200. For IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard payments the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though your bank or mobile wallet may have its own daily limits.

Wait up to 15 minutes first – occasional delays happen, especially during high-traffic match days. Refresh your Spribe balance page. If the deposit still has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact support at support@spribe.app with your mobile number, the deposit amount, the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa/JazzCash app and the time of the transaction. The team resolves most deposit queries within the hour.

Spribe does not charge deposit fees on its side. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply its own transaction charges as per its standard fee schedule. Check your wallet or bank app for their applicable fees before depositing.

Spribe does not impose a platform-level maximum deposit by default. However, you can set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Reductions to your self-imposed limit take effect immediately. This is a good way to stay in control of your spending, especially during busy PSL seasons.

No. Spribe requires all deposits to originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed. This policy protects both you and the platform from fraud. If you need funds, transfer the money to your own Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet first, then deposit from there.

Log in, go to Deposit & Withdrawal, select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. For first-time withdrawals, identity verification (CNIC photo) is required before the payment is processed. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash arrive within 15 minutes.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes once approved. IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard payments may take up to one business day depending on your bank. Spribe charges zero fees on withdrawals from its side. Your receiving payment provider – Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank – may apply their own receiving fees in line with their standard rates. These are beyond Spribe's control. You will always receive at minimum the amount requested minus any provider fees.

Common reasons include: identity verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold, or technical issues with the payment provider. Contact support at support@spribe.app quoting your withdrawal reference number and the support team will identify the exact reason and guide you to resolve it.

Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 500 bonus needs Rs 5,000 in total bets placed before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Progress towards meeting the wagering requirement is displayed in your account under Bonuses. Wagering with real money (non-bonus) funds does not count towards bonus wagering requirements.

Yes. Spribe's in-play cricket betting lets you bet during a live match with odds that change in real time. You can bet on outcomes like the next wicket, next boundary, next over runs, current run rate, method of next dismissal and match result – all while play is happening. In-play markets are available from the first ball until the final delivery of the last over.

The minimum bet stake on cricket markets is Rs 50. This applies to all bet types – match result, top batsman, player specials and in-play markets. There is no requirement to bet more than you are comfortable with. Spribe deliberately sets a low minimum so players can enjoy cricket betting without pressure to stake large amounts.

Yes. Spribe supports accumulator bets that combine multiple cricket match selections into one bet slip. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out, but the combined odds multiply your potential return significantly. For example, combining three separate match result bets with odds of 1.80, 1.75 and 1.90 gives a combined accumulator odds of approximately 5.99.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result is reached under D/L method or other applicable rules, all bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your Spribe balance in full. This applies to rain interruptions that prevent a result, match cancellations and venue changes that cause a match to be officially called off. Markets with enough overs bowled for a D/L result are settled on that result.

Yes. The Live Cricket Score page shows real-time scores for all ongoing matches Spribe covers, updated ball by ball. You can track the score alongside your live bets without needing to switch to a separate app. Score data is sourced from official cricket data feeds and is typically delayed by no more than 5 seconds from the actual delivery.

Contact support at support@spribe.app within 48 hours of settlement with your bet reference number, the match name, the market you bet on, the result you expected and why you believe the settlement was incorrect. The trading team reviews disputed settlements against official match data. If an error is confirmed, your account is corrected and any difference is credited.

Cash-out is available on selected cricket markets at Spribe. When the option is available for your bet, a "Cash Out" button will appear on your active bet in the My Bets section. The cash-out value reflects current market odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on how the match has progressed. Not all markets support cash-out – pre-match specials and player-specific markets often do not.

Aviator is a crash game where a multiplier climbs from 1x upward as a plane flies across the screen. You stake your PKR amount before the round starts, then cash out any time while the plane is still flying to lock in the multiplier at that moment. If the plane flies away before you cash out, your stake is lost. Rounds last between a few seconds and over a minute. You cannot predict or influence when the plane will crash – it is determined by a provably fair algorithm before the round begins.

The minimum stake in Aviator is Rs 10 per round. You can place two simultaneous bets per round at different cash-out multiplier targets using the auto cash-out feature. There is no limit on how many rounds you can play in a session, though Spribe's responsible gaming tools let you set session time reminders from Account Settings if you want to manage your playing time.

Aviator uses a provably fair system. Each round's crash point is determined by a combination of server seed and player seed hashes generated before the round starts. After each round, you can independently verify the fairness of the result using the seeds shown in the game's history. Auto cash-out lets you set a target multiplier in advance. When the Aviator multiplier reaches your target, your bet is cashed out automatically without you needing to click anything. For example, set auto cash-out at 2.0x and if the plane reaches 2x your stake is doubled and secured, even if you are not watching the screen. The auto cash-out triggers only if the plane reaches your target before crashing.

No strategy guarantees wins in Aviator because each round's crash point is independently random and cannot be predicted from previous rounds. Some players prefer low-multiplier auto cash-outs (e.g. 1.5x) for more frequent smaller wins, while others aim for higher multipliers with fewer bets. Both approaches carry the same house edge. The only reliable way to stay in control is to set a session budget and stick to it.

If your connection drops during an active Aviator round, the round continues on Spribe's servers. When you reconnect, the result of the round is shown in your bet history. If you had an active auto cash-out target set, it will have triggered automatically if the plane reached that multiplier. Manual cash-outs that require you to click the button cannot be executed while you are offline, so the bet outcome depends on whether the plane crashed before or after your disconnection.

The welcome bonus is applied automatically to your first qualifying deposit. No code is required. Your first deposit must be at least Rs 200 to qualify. The bonus is credited to your account immediately after the deposit clears. The bonus must be claimed (first qualifying deposit made) within 30 days of registration. When a friend registers using your code and makes their first qualifying deposit, both you and your friend receive a cash bonus credited directly to your accounts. Your real money balance consists of funds you have deposited and winnings from bets that do not involve bonus funds. This balance is fully withdrawable (after CNIC verification for first withdrawal). Your bonus balance is funds credited by Spribe as part of a promotion. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Both balances are shown separately on your account dashboard so you always know which funds are which.

VIP Club membership is earned automatically through your betting activity. As you accumulate points through deposits and bets, your account progresses through the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. VIP points are calculated on a rolling 90-day basis. If your betting activity decreases significantly over a 90-day period, your tier may be reviewed and adjusted to reflect your current activity level. You have two options: a cooling-off period (1, 7, 14 or 30 days) that temporarily locks your account and automatically lifts after the period; or a self-exclusion that locks your account for a minimum of 6 months. Both are available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and take effect immediately upon activation. Cooling-off is irrevocable for its duration. Self-exclusion is the stronger option if you feel you cannot stop on your own.

Spribe verifies date of birth at registration and CNIC before the first withdrawal. Anyone under 18 cannot complete the verification process and cannot withdraw funds. We also recommend that adult account holders log out on shared devices, use a PIN or biometric lock on the Spribe platform and enable parental controls at device level when younger family members use the same phone or tablet.

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Session Time Reminders. Set a duration in minutes. When you have been active on the platform for that long, an on-screen alert will notify you. This is a soft reminder – it does not automatically log you out. It is designed to help you stay aware of how much time is passing, especially during long cricket sessions or extended Aviator play.
