These Terms govern your use of the Spribe platform. We have written them to be as straightforward as possible – no impenetrable legal language that nobody reads. If something is unclear, our support team is available around the clock.

By registering an account on Spribe, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue to use the Spribe platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spribe. They apply to all features of the platform including cricket betting, the Aviator game, slots, casino games, the VIP Club, the Refer a Friend programme and all deposit and withdrawal activity. Supplementary rules for specific promotions or game types are published alongside those features and form part of these Terms by reference.
Registering on Spribe confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If anything is unclear, contact our support team before completing your registration.
To use Spribe you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. The information you provide must be accurate and current. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
One account per person. Each individual may hold only one Spribe account. Registering a second account – whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device or a different identity – is a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been duplicated in error, contact support immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Spribe will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and request an account lock while the matter is investigated.
Account details including your registered phone number and payment methods can be updated through the account settings. Some changes, including adding a new withdrawal method, require re-verification for security purposes.
Spribe is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Spribe reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Verification is typically requested before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested again if account activity suggests age discrepancies.
Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a passport showing date of birth. Accounts that fail to complete age verification within the required timeframe will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. Accounts belonging to individuals confirmed to be under 18 will be closed immediately, all bets voided and any deposits refunded to the original payment source.
Allowing a minor to use your Spribe account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure with balance forfeiture.
All deposits on Spribe are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount varies by method as detailed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of this website.
Spribe does not charge fees on deposits. Deposits are credited to your Spribe balance upon confirmation of successful payment. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, this is typically within 30 seconds. For IBFT bank transfers, processing may take up to 15 minutes depending on interbank network conditions.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – funding your Spribe account using a payment account belonging to another person – are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, Spribe reserves the right to withhold the funds pending investigation and to return them to the source.
Spribe does not accept cash, cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed among the supported options. Attempting to fund your account through unsupported channels will result in the funds being returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
Withdrawals from your Spribe balance can be made at any time subject to identity verification being complete, no active security review on your account and the minimum withdrawal threshold being met. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a verified payment account linked to your Spribe profile.
Only the verified withdrawal account on file can receive payments. To protect players from unauthorised withdrawals, Spribe does not send funds to accounts or numbers that have not been through the verification process. Changing your withdrawal account requires re-verification.

Spribe reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or in cases where unusual account activity has been flagged. These checks are a standard anti-fraud measure and are not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Spribe offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP Club rewards, referral bonuses and seasonal cricket promotions. The specific terms of each promotion – including the bonus amount, qualifying deposit, wagering requirement and expiry date – are published with the promotion itself and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
General rules that apply to all Spribe bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:
If you want to withdraw your cash balance without completing a bonus wagering requirement, you may forfeit the remaining bonus and any winnings derived from it. Contact support before withdrawing if you are unsure.

Gambling is entertainment. It should never be seen as a way to make money, recover losses or solve financial problems. Please play within your means.
You may close your Spribe account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is completed, any withdrawable balance will be paid out to your verified account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Spribe may close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, a security concern, regulatory requirements, or if the account has been inactive for more than 12 months. In the case of inactive accounts, Spribe will attempt to notify you using your registered contact details before closure.
Where an account is closed by Spribe due to a breach of Terms, the balance held in that account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. You retain the right to appeal a closure decision by contacting our support team within 30 days of notification.
All content on the Spribe platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds data, written content and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of Spribe or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Spribe content without prior written permission.
Your use of the Spribe platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any part of the platform, its content or its technology. The referral links and codes generated for your account are for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred or used in connection with misleading or false representations about the Spribe platform.
Spribe provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous availability, Spribe does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues outside its control.
Spribe's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the player's balance at the time of the incident. Spribe is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses including lost profits, lost winnings from bets that could not be placed, or losses resulting from decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform.
In cases of genuine Spribe error – such as clearly incorrect odds being offered and accepted in good faith – Spribe's liability is limited to the return of the stake placed at the erroneous price. Winnings calculated at erroneous odds are not guaranteed and may be recalculated at the correct odds or the bet voided with stake returned.
The collection, storage and use of your personal data by Spribe is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on Spribe you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and Spribe.
Spribe does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing through our verified payment partners, or for identity verification purposes. Your Easypaisa or JazzCash number is stored in encrypted form and is used only for deposit and withdrawal processing.
Spribe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Spribe platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The current version of these Terms is always available at this URL. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent revision was made. If you disagree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.
